These Bacon Cheeseburger Balls are bite-sized, juicy, and packed with flavor—perfect as an appetizer or a fun twist on a classic burger!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (optional for crispiness)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for binding)
  • 2 tbsp pickles, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the filling – In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form meatballs – Take about 1 tbsp of ground beef, flatten it, and place a small amount of the cheese filling in the center. Wrap the beef around the filling and roll into a ball.
  4. Coat with bacon – Roll each ball in crumbled bacon (or mix the bacon into the meat mixture).
  5. Bake – Place on the baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve & Enjoy – Serve with burger sauce, ketchup, or ranch for dipping! 😋

Air Fryer Version: Cook at 375°F for 12-15 minutes for an extra crispy bite.
