Here’s a delicious Crockpot Cheesesteak Potato Casserole recipe! 🧀🥔🥩
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 4 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook the beef – In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the sliced beef until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Layer in crockpot – Lightly grease the slow cooker. Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom, then add half of the cooked beef, onions, and bell peppers. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Add liquid – Pour the beef broth evenly over the layers.
- Cook – Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
- Melt cheese – Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover for another 10 minutes until melted.
