Crockpot Cheesesteak Potato Casserole

Here’s a delicious Crockpot Cheesesteak Potato Casserole recipe! 🧀🥔🥩

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 4 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef – In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the sliced beef until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Layer in crockpot – Lightly grease the slow cooker. Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom, then add half of the cooked beef, onions, and bell peppers. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Repeat the layers.
  3. Add liquid – Pour the beef broth evenly over the layers.
  4. Cook – Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
  5. Melt cheese – Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover for another 10 minutes until melted.
